What happens next?

To make sure that we provide what you need to deliver high quality service to your customers and prospects we’ll spend some time chatting through the options and getting a clear picture of what you are looking for.  Once we know the basic requirements – How many agents? Where? What are your contact requirements? Operating hours? – we’ll provide you with a firm quotation.

We’ll then follow up to gather some of the nitty-gritty detail – What phone numbers do you use? What recorded announcements do you want? …

We’ll send you a formal quotation, our Ts & Cs and direct debit forms and then talk you through the detail – who does what, when and why.
We’ll work with you to gather all the information we need to ensure your service is set up as you want it. At this stage we’ll be getting  to the in-depth detail – What are the agents’ names? Do you want your logo on the agent desktop? etc.

It takes a little bit of time to get your service ready but we’ll be working with you and putting in place the testing and user training process.

We know that you’ll be keen to get started. Once we have everything in place – system personality, training and contractual paperwork – we’ll turn your contact centre on and support your go-live period.

One thing we know is that as you get used to the system you’ll want to make changes – adding new agents, setting holiday hours … This is all in your control and you will have been shown how it’s done. But we also know that we need to be on hand to help. Our support desk is available to give you the guidance you need to get the best out of our service.
